Something New In Robocraft: Fighter Jet

Hey everyone, Garens doing an article again. So, today I want you to think about what I'm going to say, because I wanna break the Robocraft Meta. Even if you cannot call it a Meta, you may break it. And I have big plans for this, so you might wanna read this carefully, as it could be the next type of flyer you see.

This article will have already used pictures, because I cannot do in-game screenshots. Please bear with them, as I tell you my genius idea.

This is the Hurricane Mk. II. You may remember it from the 'building guide' I wrote yesterday. As you can probably see it DOES NOT have plasma launchers, but has SMG's instead. This is the idea. You want to give the plane as much SMG's as possible. Why, you might ask? Well, this is the article that'll tell you.

So, SMG's. They have very high damage and more importantly, accuracy. This is the first factor that gives the plane power. Plus, people never think about looking at the map. This gives you the power of surprise.

Secondly, the fact that you are doing SMG action may surprise some flyers. They are used to other flyers having plasmas as well and that cannot hit them form a distance. Or near them. Or anywhere on the map. Some lucky shot maybe, but you CANNOT RELIABLY HIT FLYERS FROM THE SKY WITH PLASMAS.

No such article can go without theorycrafting, so let's get into it. The two factors that I told you and the fact that you can move rapidly across the map with a flyer gives these planes the power they need. They can do the following things:
  1. Shoot down enemy flyers effectively both from range and from inches apart.
  2. Attack enemy ground units in a hit-and-run style
  3. Move across the map without ever thinking about the blockades and other objects on the map.
Also, my favourite thing about all these is the ground unit attacks. You dive your nose, giving you excellent speed, and then start going down guns blazing. You just aim in the general direction of the enemy and as they usually have no or very little defence from above, you can do some serious damage to them, or even one-shot them. The diving ends with a nice nose-up that this plane (for example) can do EPICLY. I advise you to do the same. Do some dive-bombing, as it is the most fun you can have in a flyer (IMO).

Some drawbacks: You don't have the one-shot possibility of a plasma-flyer, you are a lot squishyer then them and you also cannot hit ground targets as hard as them.

Some last words. I highly advise you copy the plane above or find your own SMG flyer design, as it is very fun and very viable in the current 'Meta'. They can get loads of kills with hunting down plasma bombers or floating Rail-platforms.

If you enjoyed, please let me know by putting a little comment under this post and following the blog by e-mail. I'm going to do one post (at least one) every day 'till my school starts, then I'll get back to 3 a week depending on how much free time I have. This is my last day before school starts, so I'll give one more post to this blog today, and it will not be about Robocraft. Anyways, cya later everyone.

Hearthstone Screensots #2

Hey guys, Garens writing again. Today there'll be another post after this, but now I wanted to show you the last 4 'funny' screenshots I have about Hearthstone

So, let's get right into it.

These next pictures are from the Curse of Naxxrammas thing, the first class challenge.

This is the hand I started with. I have to say: I know the Gargoyle is useless, but if you give it that much buffing, it can hurt the enemy. Especially if they don't have an instant minion kill card.

Look at that Gargoyle. I could not care what she ran into it, because it would just regen again next turn. WoW. Such strategy.

This is the ending of that match. That Gargoyle NEVER DIED. Ever. That was the funniest match I've done ever since.

This one is called: 'Swag Crusader'. This was the first golden card I've ever opened in a pack. It looks good, and the dust I got from it went towards making Ysera.

Well, this was all, I'll post a robocraft thing today, but for now this is all you get.

If you enjoyed, please let me know by putting a little comment under this post and following the blog by e-mail. I'm going to do one post (at least one) every day 'till my school starts, then I'll get back to 3 a week depending on how much free time I have. This is the last day until my school so I'll do probably 3 posts, but not sure. Cya all!

Random Robocraft Stuff

Hey guys, Garens writing. This time I have no specific topic on my mind, so I'm just going to write some random stuff.

So, I'm currently working on 1 robot and have 2 working. The first one is the fabulous Leopard Mk. II, the other one the even more fabulous Hurricane Mk. II. The Leopard is tier 5, about to turn tier 6, whenever I decide to buy the tier 6 wheels and SMG's. The Hurricane is on tier 4, but I'm going to buy tier 5 SMG's and then get it to tier 5 aswell. As I have nothing interesting to do with tier 5 tokens I'm now just waiting to gather enough money for my stuff. The project that I'm working on I'll release as my blog hits 100 reads. It's a great looking little plane that can be modified in a thousand ways and you can add your own little thing to it. That will come with time, I'm not going to rush it.

I also want to do some other games on the blog, but I'm sticking to Robocraft for a bit more. I have a lot planned out about other games, that will come in handy when I start going to school and need more time to study then to do this. Now I'm doing some random rambling and tomorrow will be no exception.

Back to robocraft: I just had a game that I want to share with you that I found very interesting. I was in my tier 5 Leopard, and I didn't expect to see what  I did. So I started up the game, got into the game, and I was shocked at the sight. THERE WERE 10 FLYERS ON THE TEAM! 10! They were all flying around causing havoc (OFC all of them plasma bombers, cuz noone has imagination except for a few people) and it was beatuiful. BUT THE ENEMY HAD 10 FLYERS ASWELL! 10! And that was the time I decided I won't leave the Hurricane on tier 4, because that battle would have been the greatest of all. The flyers could not hit eachother from a few inches and that made me realise that the fighter style flying will be more and more viable. Yea, I'll do a post about that soon enough. But the point is: FLYING IS FUN!

So, ending this little thing, sorry for no pictures in any of today's posts, I was very busy, but decided that I want to make posting a habbit and more importantly a routine.

If you enjoyed, please let me know by putting a little comment under this post and following the blog by e-mail. I'm going to do one post (at least one) every day 'till my school starts, then I'll get back to 3 a week depending on how much free time I have.

How I play Robocraft

Hey everyone, Garens writing an article again.

Today I want to tell you how I play robocraft, and maybe you'll feel like you want to do the same. Or not. Everyone's different.

So, how I play. The first thing that comes in mind is that I play it as a free-to-play game. I never bought any credits, never bought anything in any game, as I have no current salary to pay for these things. I don't have a job, I'm studying currently, so I cannot have a job. But robocraft may be the exception. Currently, as you may or may not know the credits are extremely cheap. I don't know how it will be, but right now they are. By the way I don't mean buying a whole bunch of credits and buying the whole game, but some of them every now and again. For 4.35 Euros, which is like nothing, you can get 4500 GC. That pays for 6 garage slots. 6 GARAGE SLOTS. I currently don't have enough garage slots, because I always have a new idea for a plane, a hovercraft or something else and I cannot do them, as I have all of my garage slots full. The first slot has my beauty, the Leopard Mk. II. The second has the new plane, that you may have seen before in the post yesterday, and the third has... well... a secret project I'm saving for later.

Then another aspect is the mentality of playing. That I've already posted about, but just to make it shot: I take it seriously. Very seriously. I mean I'm Serious Sam when playing Robocraft. And I love playing it that way. I think everyone should take it a bit more seriously the game.

The next thing is how much I actually play. I cannot tell you how many hours I sank into the game already, I'm around lvl 40, so not that much, but every day I put in around 3-5 hours. That's much for me. And also, I never have been into a game this much after WoW. That is the only game I've sunk so many hours into and I can see me doing this for a looooong time (I mean robocraft).

The thing is, this one is over. I'm going to end this here, but I'll do another one today, as this was short.

If you enjoyed, please let me know by putting a little comment under this post and following the blog by e-mail. I'm going to do one post (at least one) every day 'till my school starts, then I'll get back to 3 a week depending on how much free time I have.

Robocraft: The Hurricane Mk. II

Hey everyone, Garens doing another article. I kinda feel like posting another today, so here you go.

The Hurricane Mk. II. You may remember my garage tour, when I showed you the WIP flyer that I was building. Well, that's no more. I've built it from the Shop, and then I flew it for a bit. Long story short, I wasn't happy with it. So, I started rebuilding it. And here's the whole thing.

It started as all robos: With a pilot seat and a few blocks. Nothing special. Yet.

This tip I wanted to share with you since the beginnings but this is where I have room for it. If your robo is not high enough from the ground, you can simply put some random hardware (in this case an SMG) under it and it will magically fly a few blocks higher. This is easy to do and I think everyone should know about this.

Then after a few minutes of building randomly, the shape of the thing started out. I added Aerofoils, making the plane a biplane and added 3 rudders at the back for keeping it straight. The nosecone I was very happy with, because it looks good in my opinion, though it could be a bit less chubby, but hey, chubby people are not to make fun of.

I thought about not sharing this one, but I feel you may be able to copy this thing if you want to. This is the plane without the nosecone. That one I had some trouble with, but it came out nice in the end so no harm done.

Then there came the thrusters. The ones between the Aerofoils are tier 4 and the big one dug into the middle is a tier 5 thruster. They give the plane a nice bit of speed and it can move around nice and quick.

Then came the weapons. I figured, since it can move fast it might as well just have a few SMGs and hunt both flyers and land-robos. These two I figured would be nice to do, since there are some facing down, and some facing up. And since I'm switching the SMGs from my Leopard to tier 5's I could just put the old tier 4 SMGs on this plane. It worked out well.

This is what it turned out to be. I use 5 tier 4 SMGs and I'm thinking about changing them to tier 5, since with those I can get this to tier 5, and have 2 tier 5's sitting in my garage. Also, an idea: if you decide to copy it (which would be a hard thing based on these pictures) you might want to move the SMGs on the belly and give it some kind of wheelbase, so that when starting a battle you can just easily roll around until you get some air.

So, some words before I go. This thing flies very nicely and is a small target to hit. However it is fast and you definately don't want to go out first and get shot to pieces. It cannot take any damage. If one of your Rudders gets hit, you're screwed. If one of the Aerofoils gets hit off, you might as well just self destruct since you can't go anywhere. Now, that I'm done rambling, I'm going to give you a few shots of other angles so you may be able to copy the thing. I totally recommend you do, since it's a nice way of introducing flyers and it's just in the middle of tier 4 atm. I'll give some update when I'm changing it.
So here we go:

Sorry for not giving a better bottom shot. I hope you can do it by those, and the ones above them. This was a long post so I'll probably only do another one tomorrow.
If you enjoyed, please let me know by putting a little comment under this post and following the blog by e-mail. I'm going to do one post (at least one) every day 'till my school starts, then I'll get back to 3 a week depending on how much free time I have.
Anyways, have a wonderful day and have fun out on the battlefield.

Hearthstone Screenshots

Hey guys, Garens writing an article again. Today it is a little different, about Hearthstone. I have savoured these screenshots for some time now, and I wanted to share them with you, maybe you'll slightly smile about them.

The first one is  an old one. It was just when I crafted my first legendary: Ysera. I love that card because it can fit into any deck and is fantastic.

Then I got this starting hand with my hunter deck. It looks like I kept it... Oh my god... I was bad. But I laughed a lot about this one.

I named this 'What could that be?' This was the first legendary I ever opened. The next picture shows what it was.

'Is actually Illidan.'

I love that card aswell, but for reasons of... it's Illidan. Yeah. That's it.

This was a battle with my friend. I kept asking him to give me 1 more turn (For about 5 turns) and because he is a kind guy, he let me buff Ysera to the point that you see here. I gave it Nightmare about 2 times. If you're wondering, I didn't hit him in the face. I'm not that mean.

This one I named 'Winning Strategy' and you can see why. 4 Innervates won me the highest ranked arena I've ever done. It was 6-3. Yea. Have I mentioned I'm not a great Hearthstone player?

This was an arena I did about 2 day ago. This is named 'This is a winning strategy too'. By the way, I haven't seen all four of them in any battle. This went 1-3. Yea, I'm not good with Hearthstone, but I enjoy it.

So, this was all that I wanted to show you, but I have about 4-5 more screenshots for another day.

If you enjoyed, please remeber to follow the blog via e-mail, or comment on the post.
If you think that I'm super annoying, please hit the X button on your browser, and leave now. I'll post every day, until my school starts, then I'll move on to 3 posts a week.

Anyway, Hope you enjoyed, and I'll see you next time.

Robocraft Mentality

Hey Everyone! Garens doing one more article for today, as the first one was a short one.

This time around I want to talk about the mentality while playing Robocraft. You may just want to take the game less seriously as maybe I want to, that is completely understandable. But you may want to do it like me and take every game serious. Want to win every game? Then you are like me. This mentality is completely fine in my opinion. But I will tell those of you that don't have this, why I do.

Firstly, there is the fun you get out of a seriously good game. Just before starting to write this article, I had a battle with my tier 5, Leopard Mk. II (you can see that in the second ever blog post) where I had 3 kills and at least 4 or 5 assists. Now, this was the game that made me realize how really seriously I can take this game. When I saved the base against a plasma robo, that had 60% hp against my 50%, I felt like jumping in the air and cheering all day. Then I looked back at the last few games I had before that. I almost always had 2-3 kills and a few assists. But at the start of the day I lost money on my Leopard. Then I felt down like no other time.

The thing you have to take away from this is that those of the players who take the game seriously, and want to win every game, will do anything they have to. Most of the times I'm the good guy, that takes damage for a teammate when they are fillped and cannot get up at first, but there are guns on the other side. I'm the good guy that saves people when they need it and gives them kills that he could've had. But whenever I do that, I get annoyed as I can see noone else do it for me.

More importantly, however I get annoyed when I can see our cap going up and noone going back. Now, you may see that I could have gone back myself. That is totally right, and I most of the time do a B-line to our base whenever I see the cap going up, but I'm usually on the other side of the map, doing some damage to a camper, or capping myself. By the time I get to our base we had been already capped and lost the game.

These battles I feel like I'm doing something wrong. I always feel that way. And that is the good mentality. There is always something you can learn from the game you just played. I want you to look back a few minutes and think: 'What could've I done better?' 'What decisions were for nothing and which were good?'
These things you should go through every time you come out of a game.

However, you don't want to just take things away from lost games, but won games too. You probably could've done something better in EVERY GAME YOU PLAY.

And one more thing about mentality. Think of every game as separate. There is no last game, when you are in grinding mode or getting better mode. Tryhard mode is also allowed, just with friends. It's more fun that way. Anyways, back to topic: Each and every game is separate. Doesn't matter if you had 13 kills, the next game you don't go into like: 'Hey, I had 13 kills, I'm the best in the whole universe, I can do whatever I want to...' That is the wrong way to this problem. On the other hand, if you died 20 seconds into a game, you just hit Escape, go to a next battle. That easy. You don't have to blame other teammates who maybe got in your way and flipped you in front of 3 enemy plasma robos. You'll take a deep breath, you press escape and do another game with the same attitude as the other one.

This is all I wanted to tell you. Today there were 2 articles, and I hope you enjoyed both of them. If you think there are advices I forgot or left out something important, please comment on this article. Otherwise I'd be happier then anyone on this planet if you followed the blog, as I will do a post every day until school starts, then 2-3 a week, depending on my free time.

Anyways, have a good day.

Building Your Robo #2: When you don't have another robo

Hey everyone, Garens doing another post.
Today is the second part of this thing, that I am very interested in sharing with you. The main thing you have to understand is that the first two steps apply here too. You can find a design everywhere, that is the fantastic thing about the Internet. I have to apologise, as I don't have new pictures for this topic, but I will bombard you with random pictures of my 3 robos.

For reference I have built my Leopard (My main robo currently) with no other robos. This was a bit annoying, as you will understand. Let's get into it.

Step 1: Find a design.

You may find your favorite somewhere hidden in the huge Robocraft forums, or on the magical land of internetz. The main thing you have to take into consideration is that you have to get a design that your resources are enough for. You don't want to do the white block format here, you want to copy the design as functionally as possible. You may want to look at what blocks you have and how many of them, also your other hardware to put on it.

Step 2: Building a functional design

You may not have the resources required for the new design. And this guide assumes you don't have another robo. Now, you can either build half of the robo you want, or some parts of it, so that it at least can move and shoot, you can do that.
The main  thing is DON'T DO A HALFASS JOB OF BUILDING! You don't want to be like me and lose your money halfway through armoring, and finish it with white blocks. This was back when I was tier 4 and believe me, it was like eating a sandpaper in the desert.

Step 3: If you are ready...

When you think you have a functioning robo, but you may want to do the whole thing, the only thing between you and your dreams is a little grind. Whenever you buy something new however you want to make sure it does not bring the robo to the brink of non-functioning. If you have 3 wheels for example on each side of your robo, and you buy 1 more wheel for reasons of wheel-buying, you want to keep that in your inventory, right until you have another one, for balance and other stuffs.

Step 4: Do the flop

I don't have any more annoyingly long things for you today. This was a short article, so I may just do another one today. I hope you found this helpful.
If you found my steps any helpful you may follow my blog, as I will do articles three times a week.
If you found that I forgot something important there is still a comments section under here.

Anyways, thanks for reading, and see ya later.

Building Your Robos

Hey Everyone, Garens writing an article today.

So, yesterday was quite fun, and I have an interesting Robocraft article coming up in the next few days thanks to a friend of mine.

But today there is another topic I wanted to write about: Building your robos. Now, this could be a bit annoying and long process, with many changes to design, armor, weapons and the like. I want you to not have these frustrations, as I've fought with them since the beginnings.

So, some pictures of my flyer prototype as I go through these.
I want to tell you something first. This guide will assume you have another robo that you can farm the RP with. If you do not have another robo, then just wait a few days, as I will most likely do another guide on building your FIRST robo. Without further I do, let's get into things.

Step 1: Find a design.

Now, you may think that this is absurd or too easy to be listed here but I see so many teammates who just cannot find a design they like. A wall with a few weapons is not good. You may find them funny or interesting but that is the exact opposite. I've seen a guy when I was about Tier 2, who had no wheels, no way of transporting, just a cube of white blocks with weapons on top. He was joking around about it, but I found it annoying. Just one less person of the team that can shoot at enemies.
To Find a design you might want to do a google search, or look around on the great forums. I've found the new design of my Crusader on the forums of Robocraft.

Step 2: Build your design with basic cubes

Whenever you find your perfect design you think you can build, then next step you want to do is building it.

You can see here where I'm going with my design. The body of the plane is finished, everything has a place, I just need the Aerofoils and one Rudder.
You DON'T WANT TO BUILD WITH OTHER THAN WHITE BLOCKS! This is very important, that is why there is caps lock involved. You want to spare as much money on your next robo as possible, right? Then why build it out of anything but free blocks? This is the key. The design MUST be made with white blocks. I have to say it again: White Blocks. They are free and the prisms and other design pieces are almost free (10 per piece) so why waste money on something you are not even sure about? If you have the design but don't want a carbon copy of it you might wanna add some personal detail.
I've ranted enough about this point, let's go on.

Step 3: Have the thing built and ready for hardware

You want to get the robo that you're building armed and ready. But the fastest way is to use your other robo(s) and go out and GRIND the RP you need. You can do it one piece by one piece or just flat out farm the whole money, the method is on you.

However, you might have to grind a lot. Like me. And then you just forget what you wanted to put on a place. Or you might forget where the wings go. This is where marking comes in handy. This is not secret, and not even that difficult. Just put blocks where everything goes. On this picture you can see that my Driver Seat, Radar and Thrusters are finely placed, but there are four blocks sticking out. Those are the markings of the wings. The only thing you have to remember that every block is different, so you can mark anything with just blocks. Then you only have to remember what you wanted there.

Step 4: Armoring and Arming

This is very important. Armoring a robo appropriately is not hard but many forget. You want to put well tiered armor on your robo. Don't go into battle with a tier 7 robo that has tier 3 armor... You'll just get annihilated in seconds. Also, when you have all your hardware set up you can just about see what tier your robo will be. THEN you start armoring it, bit by bit, not forgetting the middle parts, as they are just as important. If you don't get what I mean by that, I'll make it clear after another picture.

You can see here my 'Smart' placement of the SRIMECH (Self Rightening Mechanism) this is not the actual name of the thing, this is just what I call it. And you can see that it's placed INSIDE of the whole body. That is what I mean by 'middle bits'. There must be something behind armor blocks: preferably more armor blocks.

Step 5: NEVER FORGET

NEVER FORGET TESTING THE THING! OMG! I've seen so many people just doing a random shape with some Aerofoils or Hoverblades and then jumping straight into battle. Test the damn thing to see if it can actually stay upright. You can do this by pressing 'P' near your thing and this will land you in a nice environment of noob AI that can do nothing but follow you and then run away. This is done so that you can see if your robo will actually do what it's supposed to do in battle.

This is the back of my flyer. It has no relevance whatsoever to the topic, just a random picture to break up the text a bit.

So, these are my 5 steps to making a functional robo that you can fight with normally. There will be no recap, I want you to read the whole thing, not just skip to the ending. Tomorrow there'll be another building guide, only on your first/only robo.

Remember, building is just one part of the game. There is still Drive and Fight. You want to do all of them. (Building is the most fun, I admit).

If you found this guide helpful, please tell your friends, invite them to the party at robocraft.
If you found that there is a point missing, or I've told something wrong, please let me know.

Anyways, Thanks for reading, and I'll see ya tomorrow.

Robocraft Robos Walkthrough

Hey Everyone! Garens writing again, since I'm alone.
Today I thought I'd walk you through my garage, and show all my robos to you.
This process was not that hard to do, but hard to capture. Btw, if you want to play Robocraft, you can click here and register (Will open in a new window). It's not that big, about 250 Mb and it is a lot of fun as far as I can tell. Disclaimer: I play this game as a Free To Play, as there is no money anywhere near me, so just a heads up, because you may choose to play it as not a free to play. Anyway, let's do this.

First off I wanna tell you how much trouble I went through to bring you these screenshots. The game has no screenshot capturing implemented, so I found this method on an official forum thread (Btw they are amazing, go check the forums, they are the best place for a robocraft nerd...) And I wanted to tell you in case you want to do some leet screenshots of your own to brag to your frineds how great of a builder you are. So, what you do (if you don't have Steam, like me) you go to your game menu, and enable windowed mode. Now, mine was bigger then my screen resolution, so this is no problem, if you have the same, but you'll have to: Go to MS Paint, and Ctrl+V the image you just took. There you can crop it, you can edit it however you may want to. Then you save it SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT! I've lost maybe 3-4 of these when finally I realized my mistake. Just pointing it out. So, the garage.

In my First Garage Slot, there is The Leopard Mk. II. I'll tell you the story later.

This beast is currently on Tier 5, as you can see. This is the robo I used since the beginnings and is my favourite one yet.

This is a shot from the front. The robo has 6 Tier 4 SMG's as I currently don't have money to upgrage to tier 5's or 6's.

You can see the money problem here, on this shot. I have tier 4 armor all the way to the back (Where it's mostly needed for reasons you'll understand in the next shot) and just to cover the area, where the tier 2(3) armor is, I'd have needed 28610 RP. Now, you know there is a point where you know you've built a huge robo when this is the price you have to pay for armoring your thing.

There is the reason I'd have needed more armor on the back. There are 3 Thrusters on the back of the thing, just to give it some speed. The middle one is Tier 4 and the two side ones are Tier 3. It gives this thing speed and it enables it to climb walls easier.

So, some writing after those beautiful pictures. The wheels are what pushed me up to tier 5 and I don't really have much researched from the Tier 5 stuff. I mainly focused on the flying part as I saw that Aerofoils and Rudders are researchable. I have those, and now I'm working my way towards the Thrusters, then the weapons and maybe the new Radar.

The history of this robo is interesting in my opinion, so I'll share it with you. This is a modified (HUGELY) version of the starting robo they give you. If you play robocraft, then you know which one I mean, and if you don't, then go play it. I gave the starting robo a makeover, gave it a roof and some more weapons. This I did until tier 4, where I've decided that I want a redesign. This is what came out. I'm very happy with it and served me well, except against Plasma users, who can blast through the back and take away all 3 Thrusters and some wheels to make me immobile (almost).

So, the next garage slot hides my newly found beauty. This is a Work In Progress machine and I'd want you to treat it like one.

This is The Hurricane Mk. I. This is just a WIP shot, and I dont want to bore you with incomplete robos, because they are not fun, but keep and eye out, as I will post the progress of this thing here.
I started this yesterday, as me and my friend, who I got to play robocraft, went to see the premium shop. And there I found it.

Now, I don't know if this is violating some rules, but hey...
So I've found this yesterday and decided to build it. You can see the HUGE difference between the two. I'm working on that. Saying that I'll work on it whenever I finish writing this article or whatever.
The only thing I'll change is that it won't have the Electroplates on the front and maybe it won't have plasmas, but SMG's. That is a question I'll answer whenever I'm finished with the body.

I'm planning on doing a 'How To Build Your Robo' article soon enough, maybe this week, maybe next week. I'll see what I can come up with for it.

So, this was the second garage slot, now to the last one. (As I've said, I play Robocraft as a Free-To-Play game, you may not want to, then you can have more garage slots)

And here it is:

The Crusader Mk. III. The story of that Later. Now on the actual robo.

I built this when my formerly mentioned friend started playing and I wanted to show him how OP plasmas were. So I did this monstrosity. This has Tier 1 armor, Tier 1 Driving Wheels all the way, which makes it a bit nippy when it comes to turning. You don't want this, believe me.

The fact that I made this for Tier 1 and succeeded still surprises me to this day. And the best part is, when I put another Tier 3 Plasma on it (Which it already has) then it becomes Tier 2. This would have been fine and dandy if my friend wasn't so into the game that he skipped tier 2 and 3 in one night, leaving me with nothing that I could have played with him except my Leopard.

I've done this shot only for 1 reason: To say that if you think (like my friend) that this is like a turtle, then you may want to see a specialist. (JK)

So, the story of this one. This is Mk. III, because this is it's third redesign. It was originally meant to be a heavy attack robo, but I changed my mind during Mk. II and destroyed the whole thing. It looked a bit like this, a lot taller and had a block thick shield on the front. Then my friend announced that he wanted to play. When I showed him the game, I've already made the Mk. III version, as I knew he would enjoy the game. But before that I gave this thing a test run. Nothing to say except: 8 Kills. With 1 Plasma. I think I was a bit disappointed with humanity. YOU CAN JUST SHOOT OFF THE FREAKIN' PLASMA WITH 2 OR 3 SHOTS PEOPLE! PLEASE! USE YOUR BRAINS!

Sorry, I don't know what caused that caps error but it is fine. So, this is my garage tour. I hope you enjoyed and if you did, please remember to comment, or do whatever you want to. Every social page is under construction, so you cannot follow me anywhere. Just follow by e-mail and you'll get one whenever I post something new.

Now, I'm going to build that copy flyer and grind the money for the armor and wings and all that. Hopefully there'll be a post the day after Tomorrow. Cya then!

First Post Ever

I just did this post, written almost half a page, and then deleted it in the process of posting. AM I GREAT??

So. I'm Garens and this is my blog's first post. I hope to bring you two posts every week, maybe more if I'm in the mood, but the two posts per week are guaranteed.

Things that I will post about:

Games that I like and think are interesting
RL Stuff that can be funny/interesting
Everything else I may find funny or I feel you would like (Things like: Book Chapters, Reading Reviews, Other things that I can't be bothered to come up with...)

Games:
Robocraft (This is probably the main game atm. May change, but I feel it won't.)
League of Legends (Sketches, comics if I can do them and maybe a few stories I experienced or heard about in game)
World of Warcraft (Only private servers, cuz I'm cheap like that... PLEASE DON'T SUE ME!)

So, this is all I can come up with. I hope you enjoy your stay here and like the content.
